At Luther Nissan Kia, we carry over 600 new and used vehicles and sell up to 400 vehicles every month. This is one of our busiest times of the year, and we’re looking to add motivated individuals to our team. No experience? No problem — we’re willing to train the right person. Build relationships & create customers for life; assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Be the vehicle expert; know the ins & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology. Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations. Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Bring a positive attitude every day. Qualifications
Available to work flexible hours & weekends. Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs. Excellent communication skills with customers. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Clean driving record. Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen. Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, and verification of social security number.
