Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to the Account Management Team to meet performance targets Manage daily operations including delivery coordination, handling complaints, and order management Act as a point of contact for customer service escalations and identify process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving results Ability to identify business opportunities and drive performance initiatives Strong analytical skills to interpret data for decision-making Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
