Air & Ocean Export Coordinator | Fort Lauderdale, Florida | Salary up to $60,000 This role is responsible for managing and coordinating export shipments via air and ocean from origin to final destination. It also ensures compliance with international shipping regulations, timely documentation, and excellent customer service throughout the export process. Benefits: Competitive salary up to $60,000 Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end export shipments for air and ocean freight Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills, AES filings, etc.) Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and international trade laws Communicate with carriers, overseas agents, and clients to arrange bookings and track shipments Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues Provide accurate quotes and assist with rate negotiations when required Maintain detailed and accurate shipment records in the companys system Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipments Collaborate with internal teams including operations, sales, and accounting Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on export operations Strong knowledge of air and ocean export procedures and documentation Familiarity with AES filings and export compliance requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
