Develop and continuously improve lifecycle and retention strategies grounded in data, product experience, and content value.
Collaborate with product, data, and content teams to create experiences that deepen engagement and loyalty.
Analytics & Decision‑Making
Establish strong frameworks for measurement, forecasting, and prioritization.
Build insights that explain not just performance outcomes, but the drivers behind them.
