Overview
Berry Hill Resort & Conference Center is seeking a highly organized and driven Wedding and Event Sales team member to grow our wedding and social event business. In this role, the successful candidate will guide prospective clients from their initial inquiry through the contract phase while showcasing the full Berry Hill experience. Key Responsibilities
Guide prospective clients from initial inquiry through the contract phase, showcasing the Berry Hill experience. Convert wedding and social event inquiries into contracted business while promoting additional celebrations such as rehearsal dinners, welcome cocktail receptions, and farewell breakfasts. Coordinate with the event coordination team once events are contracted for detailed planning and execution. Shadow the banquet team during onboarding to gain a strong understanding of the property and our service standards. Working Hours
Hybrid work structure: remote work with on‑site office hours Wednesday through Friday, and weekend site visits/property tours as needed. Qualifications
Strong sales experience with a background in food and beverage. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships and confidently present Berry Hill Resort and its offerings to prospective clients. Why Join Us
