What You Bring
- Documented track record of success, including:
- Annual revenue production
- Gross margin performance
- Book of business size
- Customer retention & growth
- 5+ years in freight brokerage / logistics sales
- A transferable, active book of business
- Deep experience across:
- FTL / LTL
- Flatbed & Heavy Haul
- Expedited / time-sensitive freight
- (Bonus) International / Air / Ocean
- Strong carrier relationships and network
- Ability to close deals, manage freight, and solve problems quickly
What You'll Do
- Own and grow your book of business
- Drive new revenue through high-level sales execution
- Manage freight from pricing to delivery
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Handle issues proactively - because that's what professionals do

- Base Salary: $60,000 - $130,000 (DOE)
