Job Description:
Drive B2B demand generation through digital-first go-to-market strategies, campaign execution, and full-funnel optimization.
This role supports the client's need to drive a qualified pipeline through scalable digital GTM strategies. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on marketer who can own campaign execution in HubSpot, translate product value into compelling messaging, and optimize performance across the full funnel.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop and execute digital-first GTM strategies for B2B products/services
Drive lead generation via paid media, email, SEO/SEM, webinars, and landing pages
Plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns and product releases
Manage end-to-end campaign execution within HubSpot (emails, workflows, segmentation, CTAs)
Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align messaging and execution
Create and oversee content strategy (case studies, white papers, blogs, solution briefs)
Track and optimize KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CPL, and pipeline influence
Conduct A/B testing and performance optimization across campaigns
Ensure proper attribution, tagging, and data hygiene within HubSpot
Support sales enablement with messaging and campaign assets
Requirements Must-Haves:
6–9+ years of B2B product marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing experience
Proven success executing GTM strategies and digital campaigns driving pipeline impact
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform)
Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing and lead lifecycle management
Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and KPIs
Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Nice‑to-Haves:
Experience in professional services, tech, or complex solution marketing
Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM integrations and attribution models
Experience with paid media, CRO, and A/B testing strategies
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and web optimization practices
Experience developing case studies, testimonials, and sales enablement materials
