About the Role
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and evolve a growing digital marketing engine. You’ll join a collaborative 4-person marketing team and play a key role in driving lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement across digital channels.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage B2B lead generation strategies
Create and optimize email + CRM nurture campaigns (Klaviyo/CRM platforms)
Develop landing pages and digital campaign assets
Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google)
Optimize website performance and conversion (CRO)
Analyze performance and build reporting dashboards (GA4, CRM tools, Looker Studio)
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
Strong background in B2B lead generation and funnel management
Experience with email marketing + CRM platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
Hands‑on experience with paid media (Meta, Google Ads)
Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, dashboards, reporting)
Self‑starter who takes ownership and drives results
Nice to Have
Experience in apparel, consumer goods, or Shopify environments
