About the Role

The Amazon Ads Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across Amazon marketplaces to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and maximize return on ad spend. This role focuses on leveraging data to scale performance while maintaining strong profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management & Optimization: Build, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
• Monitor daily performance, budgets, and bids to ensure efficient spend
• Conduct keyword research and ongoing optimization to improve rankings and conversions
• Continuously test new strategies, creatives, and targeting methods

Performance Analysis

• Analyze campaign data including ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
• Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
• Adjust strategies based on performance data to maximize results

Scaling & Strategy Execution

• Identify high-performing campaigns and scale them effectively
• Reallocate budgets to maximize impact and efficiency
• Support product launches with structured campaign strategies

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work cross-functionally with content and creative teams to improve ad performance
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights
• Communicate recommendations and results to leadership
