Job Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnership Support
Support in developing and expanding relationships with correspondent banks, payment institutions, and financial partners worldwide.
Assist in identifying potential banking and institutional partners and supporting onboarding processes.
Maintain communication with existing partners and help coordinate ongoing cooperation initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to support partnership implementation and operational follow-ups.
Technology Solutions Business Support
Support the promotion of the company’s financial technology and platform-based service solutions to institutional clients and partners.
Participate in client communications, product introductions, and business discussions under senior team guidance.
Coordinate internally with product, compliance, and technical teams during partner onboarding and project execution.
Track business development progress and maintain internal records updates.
Local Operations & Coordination (Puerto Rico)
Provide coordination support for local operational matters in Puerto Rico.
Support basic local management tasks and help ensure smooth collaboration between international and local teams.
Qualifications
Proficient in both English and Chinese(Mandarin) as working languages; candidates with working proficiency in Spanish are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or above; recent graduates (includes OPT) are welcome (preferred majors include Finance, Management, Administration, or related fields).
Position requires long-term and on-site work in Puerto Rico.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural environments.
Interest in banking, fintech, cross-border payments, or financial technology industries.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
