Our AI start-up client is building its go-to-market function for the first time, following the recent hires of Head of Sales and CS and Head of Marketing. The People team needs a dedicated recruiter to own all GTM hiring. Zero-to-one build, high autonomy, direct interface with senior marketing and CS leaders. Functional priority: Marketing is core ("the yolk"). Customer Success is secondary. Sales is tertiary, useful during marketing slowdowns. Responsibilities: Own all GTM hiring for Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales. Build recruitment processes from zero to one. Collaborate directly with senior marketing and CS leaders.
