Marketing & Communications Specialist

Education Level4 Year Degree* Track and report on campaign performance across email and messaging channels.* Monitor engagement trends and identify opportunities to improve messaging, segmentation, and campaign performance.* Support the ongoing optimization of marketing campaigns and communications.* Perform other duties as assigned.## Qualifications**SELECTION CRITERIA:**Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required with 3 - 5 years of prior experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing campaigns.1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).2. Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.3. Must be able to demonstrate strong writing and editing skills.4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.5. Detail-oriented, highly organized and deadline driven.6. Demonstrates ability to perform as a team collaborator.The following qualifications will make for the perfect candidate:1. Prior experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, or similar systems.2. Prior experience managing or supporting automated communication journeys.3. Prior experience with Canva.4. Familiarity with SMS or text messaging marketing platforms.5. Prior experience coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels.6. Prior experience working in nonprofit or mission driven organizations.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**1. Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings.2. Mobility to use hands and reach with arms.3. Able to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.4. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly.**COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS:**1. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and policy/procedure manuals.2. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.**MATHEMATICAL REQUIREMENTS:**1. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.2. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.**REASONING REQUIREMENTS:**1. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.2. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.**VISUAL REQUIREMENTS:**1.
