
Marketing Enablement Specialist (Datech Solutions)

Job Description
The Marketing Enablement Specialist for our Datech Solutions Organization supports our digital marketing platform and tactics to boost the company's brand and services.
The role will support implementation of digital programs and campaigns and assist internal parties regarding the digital execution of vendor campaigns.
The Marketing Enablement Specialist executes digital marketing efforts, optimizes the user experience throughout the sales cycle, increases marketing effectiveness, improves customer satisfaction and amplifies the TD SYNNEX brand.
The key objective is to build brand engagement, monitor qualified traffic, and obtain consumer insights to help optimize strategies from online campaign performance. It also involves maintaining knowledge of tools, principles, theories, and concepts with a general understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
The role will develop solutions to a wide variety of problems and work on projects requiring evaluation and analysis. It also initiates best practices and precedents for guidance and determines the best course of action to achieve results.

What You’ll Do:
Create, optimize, and execute digital marketing campaigns and platforms for online promotional campaigns in diverse categories such as web design, digital advertising, email marketing, e‑merchandising, online learning, digital video, webinars and live streams, online content management, and other related digital marketing areas. Create and implement digital marketing assets and perform other marketing activities to meet business objectives and revenue goals. Manage digital content, content procurement, development, and posting activities. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of marketing in channel distribution and apply knowledge to digital campaign planning.
Maintain brand standards for TD SYNNEX and its vendor partners. Consult with stakeholders and lead design teams for digital specifications and user experience. Review and edit all incoming content to ensure product consistency, spelling, pricing, promotional or launch materials meet specified requirements and parameters, translations, etc.
Optimize and improve strategic digital marketing activities by recommending traffic‑building strategies. Support marketing in driving traffic to attract and convert new customers, gain user adoption, and increase online sales. Develop reporting, measure, analyze, test, and implement strategies to make incremental change, advocating continual improvement in digital marketing analytics.
Create and support integrated marketing programs, participate in development of new digital marketing deliverables, and be involved in annual planning. Conduct internal audits of marketing deliverables, external vendor RFIs, or develop proposals as needed. Lead development of new marketing projects, platforms, dashboards, or customer‑facing tools.
Conduct TD SYNNEX associate training and presentations in area of expertise. Mentor other digital marketing specialists.
Inaugurate best‑of‑class deliverables and strategies, tools and processes with support from the Regional Marketing Leader.
Track, collect, analyze and report data, identify trends and insights, evaluate results to achieve maximum ROI for on‑site campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
Strong basic data entry skills and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
Effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
Negotiation skills and ability to present and promote ideas persuasively.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with ability to convey priorities and keep tasks on track.
Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and manage stress/pressure.
Strong multicultural interpersonal skills.
Leadership skills and willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
Customer relationship‑building abilities.
Experience using digital marketing platforms and basic digital implementation skills (email marketing, web development, online education, e‑commerce, analytics).
Strong data entry, clerical, and reporting skills.
Problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and proactive mindset.
Knowledge of assigned product/service line.
Other Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration desired.
Working Conditions:
Professional environment (Remote).
Occasional non‑standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
On‑call availability as needed.
Frequent travel (25%).
