Marketing & Social Media Content Specialist/Videographer

Social Media & Content Creation Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with promotions and campaigns Capture and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) that highlights: food & beverage offerings in-store promotions fuel & convenience services community events Write engaging captions and calls-to-action to drive interaction and traffic Videography & Production Shoot and edit high-quality video content for social media and marketing campaigns Create fast-paced, trend-driven videos that align with brand voice Capture in-store experiences, product shots, and lifestyle content Edit video using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar Campaign Support Support marketing campaigns including: promotions (fuel, food, loyalty) seasonal campaigns (summer, holidays, events) grand openings and special events Assist in executing giveaways, contests, and engagement campaigns Collaborate with marketing team on campaign ideas and creative direction Required Qualifications: 1–3+ years experience in social media, content creation, or marketing Strong skills in videography and video editing Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Ability to create content quickly and consistently Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement Preferred: Experience in retail, convenience store, food & beverage, or fuel industry Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools Basic photography skills Experience running social media ads (Meta platforms) Why Join Us Opportunity to shape the voice and personality of a growing brand Creative freedom to test ideas and trends Work in a fast-paced, fun environment Be part of a team focused on community, service, and growth This position can be in any of our locations throughout Oregon, Northern California and Idaho - must be able to go in to the office.
