Big Time Advertising and Marketing is a full-service automotive advertising agency serving independent, BHPH, and OEM franchise dealers nationwide. We do not teach automotive to marketers. We hire people who already understand the dealership ecosystem and teach them marketing.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You do not need a specific title. You need the right experience. If you have worked inside a dealership in any role where you understand how a store operates, how dealers make decisions, and how to have a real conversation with a dealer principal or GM, we want to talk to you.
That includes former GMs, GSMs, finance managers, BDC directors, fixed ops directors, fleet managers, desk managers, sales trainers, and anyone who has lived inside the dealership ecosystem long enough to understand it from the inside out.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Work a defined territory of automotive dealers nationwide using our proven two-stage consultative sales process. Stage one is a live digital audit with the dealer principal, GM, or GSM on Google Meet reviewing their current advertising approach. Stage two is a proposal meeting where you present a custom one-year growth plan built from their actual trailing 12 months of sold units and advertising spend. Dealers who share their data are already 70 percent closed because they have invested in the process.
You will manage and grow your own book of business with a dedicated sales assistant handling appointment setting so you can focus on closing.

THE EARNING OPPORTUNITY High performers who build and maintain a strong book of business have the opportunity to earn well into six figures annually. The compensation structure rewards both new business performance and client retention. Details are discussed during the interview process.
THE FIRST THREE MONTHS We do not expect you to close anything in the first 90 days. That time is for learning the platform, mastering the sales process, and building your pipeline. We invest in your ramp. Starting in month four you are expected to begin producing. Performance is reviewed at 30, 60, and 90 days.
