
Trade Compliance Analyst (TCA)

Compliance Trade Analyst – Troy, MI | Onsite
W2 Contract (ONLY)
Base 6 month contract with extension
46-48/hr | 2 weeks PTO and Medical insurance contribution
Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for global trade and customs documentation, with a focus on Certificates of Origin (CoOs) for Finished Goods. Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing customer requests while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Responsibilities
Act as main point of contact for customer customs documentation inquiries
Review and process CoO and trade-related requests accurately and on time
Analyze Finished Goods part numbers for CoO eligibility
Coordinate with Global Trade Operations and Compliance teams
Track request status and maintain documentation records
Process part number cross references using SAP and GSD
Submit HTS classification questions and support customer portals
Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and PPE requirements
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred
3+ years in Global Trade, Customs Compliance, Brokerage, or Supply Chain
Knowledge of USMCA, CAFTA, and similar trade agreements
3+ years SAP ERP experience
Automotive OEM/Tier experience preferred
