## DescriptionThe Bake Lab is hiring a hands-on **Director of Operations** to lead our culinary classes, workshops, and private events. This role is ideal for an organized, energetic leader who loves food, teaching, and creating great guest experiences.### Responsibilities:* Plan and manage class schedules and private events* Coordinate instructors, guest chefs, and special workshops* Oversee day-to-day classroom operations and event execution* Teach classes and lead, train, and support instructors* Improve systems, workflows, and inventory organization* Ensure a high-quality, welcoming experience for all guests**Pay and Benefits:*** $24/hour* Benefits and PTO after 60 days* Company paid Life/AD&D, Short term disability and 401(k) match## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** 2+ years experience in culinary education, hospitality, or events* Strong organization, scheduling, and leadership skills* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Ability to work independently and make confident decisions* Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak seasons**Preferred:** baking/pastry background, experience improving operations or scaling programs, community or local marketing experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
