What You'll Do



  • Work in a fast-paced 3rd-party collections environment handling inbound and outbound calls

  • Help customers resolve past-due accounts and set up payment solutions

  • Use strong communication and negotiation skills to drive results

  • Stay compliant with FDCPA and state regulations

  • Hit performance goals tied to bonus earnings



What You Bring



  • Both English AND Spanish jobs available

  • 6+ months of experience in collections, sales, or customer service

  • Comfortable working toward goals, metrics, and incentives

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Reliability, drive, and a results-oriented mindset
