2+ years in commercial real estate transactions such as acquisitions and sales, dispositions, commercial leasing, real property secured financing, real estate joint ventures and/or land development projects Strong title, survey and related real estate due diligence experience Preferred experience or strong interest in lender-side real estate financing is preferred Member of the relevant state bar (Oregon or Washington) Interested in hearing more?
