Job Details
Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases. Obtain, review, and organize damage information. Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval. Draft settlement calculations and agreements. Ensure that cases are progressing in a timely manner. Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail. Qualifications:
