Responsibilities
Collaborate with Design to develop and edit tech packs, documenting fit comments, specs and bill of materials.
Lead/direct fit sessions on live models with cross-functional teams to evaluate garment fit, construction, and styling details.
Measure and prep samples for fitting.
Provide technical direction on corrective actions needed to meet brand fit standards, using written comments, sketches, and photos.
Establish and maintain brand fit, spec, and construction consistency.
Requirements
Strong background in wovens.
Ability to communicate fit and balance issues effectively.
Experience in launching domestic developed samples and creating tech packs for overseas styles.
Proficient in issuing grading guidelines and reviewing grade rule changes.
Strong email correspondence skills with overseas vendors.
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
