Marketing & Sales Trainee Responsibilities
Close sales through effective negotiation and follow‑up, while ensuring a smooth transition for customers from inquiry to enrollment.
Actively reach out to potential customers and existing customers to promote AT&T’s products and services to increase sales opportunities.
Initiate direct communication with current and potential customers on behalf of AT&T.
Educate customers about AT&T’s products, services, and new offerings.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional services that align with customer needs.
Stay up to date on the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions to effectively sell and answer customer questions.
Provide tailored recommendations based on thorough knowledge of AT&T’s offerings and customers’ needs.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
At least 2–3 years of completed college coursework preferred.
Previous experience in sales, especially in customer‑facing roles such as retail or hospitality preferred but not required.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
Comfortable in a high‑energy, fast‑paced work environment.
The ability to stay organized with multiple tasks.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales and customer service.
