What You’ll Do
Drive leasing activity across a portfolio of residential properties
Convert leads into signed leases through strong sales execution
Conduct property tours and build urgency with prospects
Follow up consistently and close deals
Track performance and hit leasing targets

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
Ability to travel between properties in Madison

Weekend availability during peak leasing season
Compensation
Base pay +
high commission structure
