Corporate Paralegal
Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: Up to $90k plus bonus, excellent benefits
Office Environment: Hybrid
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support legal operations with a focus on construction law, contract management, and litigation support in a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts and legal documents
Handle mechanic’s liens, filings, and construction-related legal processes
Conduct legal research and maintain organized case files
Support e-discovery processes and manage document databases
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed
Qualifications
Paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program OR Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of paralegal experience
3–5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law
Strong experience with construction contracts, mechanic’s liens, and construction law preferred
Familiarity with e‑discovery platforms and document management systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
