Corporate Paralegal
Location: NY Employment type: Hybrid Salary: Up to $90k plus bonus, excellent benefits We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support legal operations with a focus on construction law, contract management, and litigation support in a dynamic and growing organization. Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts and legal documents. Handle mechanic’s liens, filings, and construction-related legal processes. Conduct legal research and maintain organized case files. Support e-discovery processes and manage document databases. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed. Qualifications
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program OR Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of paralegal experience. 3–5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law. Strong experience with construction contracts, mechanic’s liens, and construction law. Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
