Quote and market new and renewal business for personal lines accounts Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with carriers to secure the best outcomes for clients Collaborate closely with producers to support client needs and account growth Maintain and manage client accounts using EPIC software Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly Stay updated on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory requirements Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal lines insurance, including quoting, marketing, and negotiating with carriers Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software preferred Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Location : Must be located within 2-3 hours of the office for remote work eligibility #LI-JN4
