Responsibilities
Receiving and processing all parts orders
Understand and control of parts inventory
Creating bin locations for new stock
Notify customers on parts arrival
Parts delivering and parts receiving
Notify of shortage & damage discrepancies
Processing accessories and shelving them
Prepare items for returns and shipping
Separating orders for each dealership
Deliver parts to a second location
Keeping things in neat and orderly fashion
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Organized and friendly personality
Automotive parts experience
Minimum of 3 months automotive experience
Computer literacy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Basic understanding of inventory and reporting
Personal and professional integrity
Valid vehicle insurance required, as well as clean MVR report
