We are hiring a
Marketing Coordinator
to own the operational backbone of our marketing function. This is not a generalist or entry-level role. This is a systems-driven position for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, and execution at a high level.
You will be responsible for ensuring that every marketing initiative — campaigns, emails, partnerships, and events — is planned, coordinated, and delivered without friction. If you are highly organized, proactive, and take pride in getting things done right the first time, this role will position you for rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution
Own the marketing campaign calendar: build, maintain, and enforce timelines across all initiatives
Execute email marketing campaigns: scheduling, list management, and performance tracking using platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp
Ensure all campaigns are launched on time, with clear ownership, deadlines, and deliverables
Project Coordination & Team Alignment
Serve as the central point of coordination across marketing, operations, and leadership
Maintain visibility across all active projects and ensure alignment between stakeholders
Track progress, follow up on deliverables, and proactively address delays or risks
Vendor & Partner Management
Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and partners to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
Communicate expectations clearly and hold vendors accountable to timelines and scope
Support vendor selection, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
Marketing Systems & Reporting
Maintain and manage marketing tools and systems, including CRM and email platforms
Compile and organize monthly marketing performance reports across channels
Track marketing spend and support budget visibility across campaigns
Event & Activation Logistics
Coordinate logistics for events, partnerships, and brand activations
Ensure all materials, timelines, and stakeholders are aligned for execution
Support on-site execution when required
Process Development & Documentation
Document workflows, processes, and recurring tasks to improve team efficiency
Create and maintain internal resources to support consistent execution
Identify gaps in current systems and implement improvements
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
Experience working with a project management and CRM tool ( Monday.com, Hubspot)
Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Clear and professional written communication skills
