Farha Roofing — an award-winning, family-owned company — is seeking an experienced and driven Residential Roofing Superintendent to lead our Kansas City production team.

What You’ll Do
Oversee all residential roofing production from start to finish
Manage and support subcontractor crews, ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency
Schedule jobs, coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment
Conduct job site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes
Serve as the primary point of contact between crews, Project Managers, and homeowners when needed
Troubleshoot job site challenges and implement solutions quickly
Review and manage change orders and job costs
Lead and participate in production and scheduling meetings
Drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
Residential roofing experience required (Superintendent or similar role preferred)
Strong leadership and crew management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read work orders, scopes, and manufacturer specifications
Comfortable climbing roofs and lifting up to 80 lbs
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Tech-capable (smartphone, apps, basic computer systems)
Must pass a drug and background check
Background Check Requirement Because this position involves driving, handling materials, and access to job sites and company property, successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment. Certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on job-related criteria, including safety, driving responsibility, and protection of company and customer property. All results are reviewed individually based on relevance and timing of offenses.
