Job Description Summary
Strategic Customer Representative The primary function of the Strategic Customer Representative is to increase market share within a select group of customers and high‑profile job sites. This will be accomplished by increasing product awareness, improving efficiency of the corporate account office, evaluating new potential customers, and managing the corporate accounts office. In this role you will also serve as a mentor/liaison in the overall go‑to‑market sales strategy for the assigned area, coordinating efforts between the PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP. Responsibilities
Increase market share within a select group of customers and high‑profile job sites. Increase product awareness and improve efficiency of the corporate account office. Evaluate new potential customers for the program. Manage the corporate accounts office. Serve as a mentor/liaison for the overall go‑to‑market sales strategy and coordinate efforts between PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP. Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of sales management experience. Customer service experience required. Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specifications. Computer literacy, including Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and the Microsoft Office suite. Safety

Base Pay Range: $67,273.00 – $92,500.10. Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Benefits
