Full Time Role Overview We are looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager with strong experience in the credit card domain within banking/financial services. This role will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery of customer-centric solutions across the credit card lifecycle including onboarding, transaction processing, billing, and servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the product roadmap for credit card products and related digital capabilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to define product vision, features, and priorities
Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Drive end-to-end delivery across areas like:
Card issuance and onboarding
Transaction processing and authorization
Billing, statements, and payments
Rewards, offers, and loyalty programs
Disputes, fraud, and risk management
Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to enhance product features
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards
Track product performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Act as a bridge between business, technology, and operations teams
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Strong domain experience in Credit Cards / Retail Banking / Payments
Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
Strong understanding of:
Credit card lifecycle and workflows
Payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Authorization, clearing, and settlement processes
Experience with digital banking platforms, APIs, and microservices architecture
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to write clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with card management systems (CMS) or payment processors
Exposure to fraud detection, risk systems, and compliance (PCI‑DSS)
Familiarity with data analytics tools and product metrics tracking
Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM are a plus
