About the Role Hospice of Western & Central Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Hospice Marketing Liaison to join our team in Worcester County. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will be responsible for establishing and growing referral relationships with physicians, referral sources, the community, and other providers in the market.

Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources

Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs

Maximize census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations in accordance with the Home Health and Hospice goals

Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic

Manage marketing/sales budgets

Track and evaluate referrals

Responsible for ensuring external sales calls effectively

Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants

Requirements Experience in healthcare marketing/admissions (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required

Must have an insured and reliable vehicle
