At Legacy Village of Salt River, our dining program is more than just meals-it's a key part of our residents' daily experience. We are seeking a strong, service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front‑of‑house team and ensure an exceptional, restaurant‑style dining experience every day.
Position Restaurant Supervisor
Pay Range $22.00 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule Full-time (flexible schedule, including weekends & holidays as needed)
What You'll Do:
Supervise and support servers to ensure high-quality, consistent service
Lead by example on the floor-engaging with residents and ensuring satisfaction
Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members
Maintain dining room standards, cleanliness, and organization
Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service execution
Address and resolve resident concerns professionally and promptly
What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Previous serving and supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
A passion for hospitality and creating meaningful experiences
