Position Overview Lead Product Marketing for the Agentic Enterprise. Create differentiated, high‑impact content across formats and positions Salesforce’s AI-driven solutions within the customer success ecosystem. Drive storytelling, strategic narrative, and measurable impact for internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Write and develop original content across formats: blog articles, web and SEO copy, social posts, and event‑related content.
Translate complex AI and enterprise concepts into clear, engaging narratives, practical insights, and stories that resonate with different audiences.
Go beyond surface‑level narratives to uncover how systems are built, the decisions and trade‑offs made, and what worked, didn’t, and changed.
Conduct interviews with subject‑matter experts, product leaders, internal practitioners, and customers.
Product & Competitive Understanding
Build deep understanding of Salesforce products, platform capabilities, and the broader AI and enterprise software landscape.
Incorporate competitive awareness: understand competitor messaging, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop content that is clearly differentiated.
Multi‑Channel & Multi‑Format Content
Adapt stories across channels and formats, including blog, video, social, and event content.
Identify new ways to capture attention, improve understanding, and increase engagement and retention.
AI‑Enabled Content Creation
Use AI tools to generate and refine story ideas, develop outlines and first drafts, and synthesize complex inputs.
Apply editorial judgment to refine AI‑generated content, ensuring clarity, quality, and originality.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical content, or related roles in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts, develop engaging narratives, and create standout content.
Solid understanding of AI concepts, enterprise software platforms, and product positioning and differentiation.
Experience or interest in using AI tools to support content creation and in multi‑format storytelling (video, demos, social, etc.).
