Job Description Client is seeking an experienced professional to manage medium and large SAP projects, with a strong focus on financial systems and business transformation. The role requires a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with 10 years of experience in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, and optimization projects. Prior experience working in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is highly desirable. The role requires a strong techno-functional background, including design specification, test script creation, and execution. The candidate will be responsible for driving solution design, ensuring process standardization, and partnering closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Work as SAP FICO Solution Consultant / Lead to deliver end-to-end medium to large projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The candidate will work on SAP FICO modules including Financial Accounting, Controlling, Asset Accounting, and Budgeting Prepare functional and technical design specifications Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver solutions Maintain proper documentation using tools like Jira Develop and execute test scripts and support testing activities Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Finance and Controlling processes, ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and compliance requirements Ensure integration consistency between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, PS) as well as external and boundary systems Required Skills: Strong experience in SAP FICO Good knowledge of Financial Accounting and Controlling Experience with documentation and tracking tools (Jira) Good to Have: SAP Controlling (Product Costing and Material Ledger) Exposure to multiple SAP modules Functional Expertise SAP Controlling (CO) Product Costing Material Ledger and Actual Costing Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Margin and profitability analysis SAP Finance (FI) General Ledger Accounting Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Banking and Cash Management Asset Accounting Project Systems (PS) Additional Skills and Experience Experience working in global, multi-country SAP environments with complex financial structures Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional, global teams Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Interview Process: 2 Round interviews About us: DivIHN, the IT Asset Performance Services organization, provides Professional Consulting, Custom Projects, and Professional Resource Augmentation services to clients in the Mid-West and beyond.
