SBA Loan Processor

A company is looking for an SBA Loan Processor II responsible for packaging, document preparation, closing, and funding of SBA and other commercial loans.
Key Responsibilities
Process various types of SBA loan files and oversee due diligence items Coordinate collection of required documentation and ensure completeness of loan files Prepare and submit SBA application documents and assist in loan closing and audits
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required 4 or more years of commercial loan and/or SBA loan documentation experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to analyze complex assignments and prioritize workflow under time pressures Familiarity with SBA Standard Operating Procedures and eligibility requirements
