Provider Enrollment Representative

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative to support the Provider Enrollment Department with clerical duties and coordination of provider enrollment applications.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare application sets for mailing and assist with necessary documents for provider numbers Maintain organized provider files and assist in team projects related to new start-ups and changes in business Communicate updates in the IDX System and TeamWorks, and manage annual disclosures and payer research
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred Familiarity with healthcare provider enrollment processes is a plus Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
