Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee day-to-day payroll operations for a large multi-state organization Ensure accurate and timely processing across multiple payroll cycles and resolve discrepancies Partner with HR and Finance on payroll reporting, compliance, and support audits
Required Qualifications
Eight or more years of payroll experience Five or more years of payroll leadership or management experience Experience supporting high volume multi-state payroll environments Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and controls
