What You’ll Do
We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to help keep our facility safe, clean, and running smoothly. In this role, you’ll lead the maintenance and environmental services team, complete routine repairs, and make sure the building is well‑maintained and compliant.

Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping staff
- Complete and oversee routine repairs and preventative maintenance
- Respond to work orders and prioritize daily tasks
- Perform daily safety and cleanliness checks
- Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Check lighting, water temperatures, emergency systems, and call lights
- Support fire safety efforts and conduct fire drills
- Prepare rooms for new admissions and discharges
- Work with outside vendors when needed
- Keep basic maintenance and compliance records
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Maintenance or building operations experience
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Long‑term care or healthcare experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of safety and life‑safety systems helpful
