Deputy Director – Minnesota Counties Intergovernmental Trust (MN)

Overview

Minnesota Counties Intergovernmental Trust (MCIT) is seeking a Deputy Director . Reporting to the Executive Director, the Deputy Director is responsible for the implementation of multiple programs, services and policies of MCIT. This position is responsible for the development of member outreach programs in the areas of risk management and loss control; MCIT's training, education and publication initiatives; and information technology operations.

Qualifications

This position requires a high degree of independent judgement, management skills and knowledge of advanced program administration and service delivery approaches. In addition, the position requires expertise in governmental operations and risk management concepts.
