Director, Restructuring

Premier New York Private credit investment manager, is looking for a Director level leader in restructurings and/or distressed situations. Would be the opportunity to work with and lead operational and financial restructurings, value creation, and complex stakeholder situations. Be both a strategic and hands‑on execution lead across multiple workstreams, often interfacing with management teams, advisors, and senior investors
- Lead the development and implementation of restructuring and recovery plans to improve financial performance and enterprise value
- Diagnose operational and financial issues, identify root causes, and oversee execution of solutions. through, reviewing budgets, long‑term business plans, capital needs, risk assessments, and downside scenarios
Required
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in: Special situations private equity or private credit, or investment restructuring.
- Experience in restructuring investments and/or advisory.
- Advanced degrees and professional certifications preferred (e.g., CFA, CIRA, CPA )
