Position
Maintenance Director – responsible for leadership and oversight of the overall physical building and property, safety program, preventative maintenance plan, and building repairs. This role directly supervises, motivates, and encourages employees in Maintenance and Housekeeping.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee maintenance operations for the building and property.
- Develop and implement the safety program and preventative maintenance plan.
- Manage building repairs and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Supervise, motivate, and develop Maintenance and Housekeeping staff.
- Maintain effective written and verbal communication across the team and leadership.
Qualifications
- Self‑starter with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and time management.
- Prior experience with electrical, HVAC, or plumbing is an added benefit.
