Maintenance Director

Job Purpose: As the Maintenance Director, you will oversee preventive maintenance and urgent repair needs while providing counsel to management regarding community issues.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, on‑call rotation.
Salary: Up to $80,000.
Benefits: 401k, Health, Dental, Vision insurance.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred SNF experience.
• Preferred knowledge of Life Safety Regulations.
• Must have HVAC experience.
• Must be available for on‑call rotations.
• Must have knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment.
• Must carry cell phone and respond to maintenance calls.
• Must know how to turn off main power supply, water supply, and/or gas supply to the community.
• Must have some knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, equipment, machinery, etc.
• Must be knowledgeable of the Exposure Control Plan for Bloodborne Pathogens and Fire & Disaster Plan and follow policies and procedures.
• Supervises staff members in maintenance and grounds keeping.

Qualifications

In addition to the required high school diploma, preferred experience in SNF and knowledge of Life Safety Regulations and HVAC systems are necessary. Candidates should be able to respond promptly to maintenance calls, manage on‑call rotations, and ensure adherence to safety and health regulations.
