A retail company is seeking a Retail People Business Partner for Employee Relations. This role involves consulting retail teams on managing talent and employee concerns while overseeing HR policies, compensation, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and must be prepared for up to 90% travel. A Bachelor’s degree in human resources is preferred. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, along with 401K eligibility.
