THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE


The Associate Producer will field all requests for all product photography for the Bolingbrook Studio. They will oversee in studio non-model production and be the primary point of contact with day-to-day production tasks including assisting with crew holds and confirmations, maintaining shot lists and shoot schedules as well as ensuring teams have what they need on set.


The Associate Producer must be a detail-oriented person with a creative flexible mindset and solid time management skills, who will ensure proper handling and tracking of all requests and output. They should be forward thinking and able to create improved processes for productions.


YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:



  • Field all incoming product photography projects and ensure photography teams have information needed to deliver assets across all channels of brand communication.

  • Work with Studio Manager to manage photography production budget, tracking weekly expenses related to projects in our Bolingbrook Studio including freelance contractor invoices.

  • Source, onboard, and direct a diverse group of freelance talent needed to deliver photography projects in studio, including coordinating weekly holds and bookings for freelance contractors.

  • Lead studio scheduling and project management utilizing tools to assign shots/projects to team members and to maintain a balanced workload including owning our Monday.com Studio Board.

  • Manage communications, timelines, and deliverables for all studio product photography.

  • Coordinate post-production and delivery of assets for all product photography.

  • Negotiate and execute new contracts with freelance talent, vendors, and agencies, as needed.

  • Assist Merch Coordinator as needed for all in studio projects including but not limited to checking in and organizing samples, reaching out on missing samples and returning samples to merchants.

  • Assist Producer with casting pulls, bookings, shot lists and call sheets for shoots as needed.

  • Manage craft services for shoots as needed.

  • Contribute to a high-performing team through thoughtful discussion and implementation of productive workflow processes and new technology options to improve tracking.

  • Ensure that all product photography is accurate to request and delivered on time.

  • Maintain clear lines of communication with channel owners to foster alignment and deeper collaboration within UB Creative team.


THE ESSENTIALS OF SUCCESS



  • 3+ years of experience as an Associate Producer or similar in a studio environment for brand campaigns, product photography for both talent and product shoots.

  • Proficient in all software and tools related to the production of photography, management of budgets, and project management including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite and SharePoint.

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously within fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Possess strong communication skills: clear, articulate, and responsive.

  • Manage time efficiently while multi-tasking across different projects for multiple teams.

  • Process driven and always looking for ways to improve current operations.

  • Proven ability to deliver projects with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Self-motivated and driven.

  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills & experience.

  • Extremely organized with attention to detail and prompt replies to requests.

  • Must be able to work in our Corporate Office in Bolingbrook, IL (Remote days may be possible at times but the majority of work will be done in studio)


The pay range for this position is $57,300.00 - $78,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
