Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Global Senior Marketing Manager, Robotics and Digital Innovation Strategy, Biosurgery GSM to be based in Raritan, NJ.
Responsibilities
Partner with Biosurgery brand leads on end-to-end brand strategy including platform segmentation, positioning, pricing strategies, claims, and life cycle management.
Generate insights to identify unmet needs in robotics and digital innovation for adjunctive hemostats.
Act as a key member of the project leadership team, driving clinical objectives while balancing schedule and resources; partner with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Regional Marketing, Finance, GSI and key customers in planning, coordinating and sequencing project strategy and execution.
Provide commercial input to the advancement of product concepts through the new product development process, including insights and voice of customers, business plan development, target product profile implementation, and leadership of product launch excellence.
Ensure project milestones are reached within specified budgets and timeframes, and maintain compliance with all relevant country and regional requirements, company regulations, policies and procedures.
Education & Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
Required :
10 years of progressive business experience.
5 years of proven experience in Marketing or Sales.
Experience with Marketing Excellence/Mastery, including Launch Excellence principles.
Excellent cross‑functional influencing skills and ability to develop customer relationships.
Experience with Innovation (Insight Generation, Strategic Planning, Financial Modeling, etc.).
Preferred :
Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
Previous regional or global marketing experience.
Experience in product development including needs assessment, portfolio management and product lifecycle management.
Experience with supply chain, global brand management, influencing a medical device sales force and new product launch.
Demonstrated experience developing and using customer insight.
Proven ability to work in a global organization with multi-disciplinary collaborators.
Up to 10% travel required.
