DePuy Synthes, Orthopaedics is recruiting for a U.S. Downstream Marketing Manager, VELYS™ Robotic‑Assisted Solution (Knee) based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (or Warsaw, IN).
Key Responsibilities
Own U.S. downstream plans to accelerate installations and utilization through positioning, messaging, segmentation, and campaign execution.
Lead global launch playbooks, value messaging, training, and field tools (selling materials, competitive content, and procedural education) to support regional execution.
Engage surgeon users, key opinion leaders, and surgeons using competitive technologies to identify adoption barriers, refine messaging, and optimize the customer experience as the downstream Brand Management ambassador.
Partner with regional marketing and commercial leaders to localize downstream plans, support execution, and share best practices that drive consistent U.S. adoption.
Monitor KPIs (install base, utilization, funnel/conversion, and launch metrics), synthesize insights, and provide regular downstream business performance reporting to inform tactical adjustments.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Preferred Experience and Skills
2‑3 years of relevant Marketing/Product Management/Product Introduction experience.
Joint Reconstruction experience.
Downstream marketing (commercialization, launches, enablement, and performance tracking) experience is highly preferred; upstream experience is a plus.
Experience supporting society meetings/congresses (planning, presence, and lead capture).
Experience in medical devices or orthopedics.
Experience with MedTech capital and clinical procedural understanding is preferred.
Ability to monitor, analyze, and report business performance to inform downstream tactics and product strategy.
Experience with financial modeling and commercial GTM models.
Ability to prioritize and successfully lead multiple projects/priorities.
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
Comfort working with cadavers and within an operating room setting.
Up to 40% domestic travel and limited international travel, including overnights and occasional weekends.
