Job Description

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
Receiving Coordinator III

Job Summary

Supports Inventory Control Lead with all material management activities, inventory control operations, and work order fulfillment. Ensure material availability, timely issuance and customer satisfaction. Conducts material record maintenance, replenishment, and inventory cycle count.
Duties & Responsibilities

Keep track of inventories (raw materials) and ensure that materials are available when needed.
Organize stock inventory by location and maintain the integrity of the stockroom/warehouse inventory.
Assist with inventory movement between the West Palm Beach Warehouse and the Palm Beach Gardens Manufacturing site.
Pick components, kits, and subassemblies per work order pick lists.
Fulfill inventory demands from the Repair and Assembly Departments.
Operate VLM machines for loading and picking parts.
Use WMS Virtual Trays to load parts effectively.
Understand all new product lines and their individual storage configurations, including Velys parts and other product lines.
Perform SAP transactions appropriately and accurately to the operation.
Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
Keep the component stockroom and other building locations neat and orderly.
Follow all material management and distribution policies and standards.
Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the management team.
Ensure personal and company compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Monitor inventory with expiration dates to prevent stockouts.
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
Train lower‑level stockroom personnel.
Assist lower‑level stockroom personnel in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
Create standard work instructions.
Redline procedures.
Assist with material master updates.
Provide support for New Product Introduction (NPI) launches, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Conduct MDA scrap management, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Manage ETQ Non‑Conformances (NCs) and associated actions.
Analyze changes in the inventory of materials and make recommendations as appropriate.
Facilitate logistics.
Performs other duties assigned as needed.
Experience and Education

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required plus 4‑6 years related experience and/or training or combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses and Affiliations

SAP ERP System
WMS Software
Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and computing rate, ratio, and percent.
Computer literate.
Able to enter data on spreadsheets and database applications.
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with a proactive and results‑oriented approach.
Ability to provide detailed documentation of work results.
