As our first dedicated Marketing Leader, you will report directly to the executive team to build the foundational marketing strategy for a firm in the 5G and wireless space. You will not only create the brand’s voice but also architect the Salesforce environment to support high-stakes relationships with major carriers and enterprise clients. Your primary core objective will be to bridge the gap between high-level wireless strategy and daily sales execution, using Salesforce as the primary engine for relationship management and revenue growth.

SR MARKETING MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executive Strategy: Partner with leadership to define our market positioning in the 5G, carrier, and non-carrier sectors.

Salesforce Architecture: Lead the optimization of Salesforce to ensure every touchpoint with our top-tier clients (representing 50%+ of revenue) is tracked and leveraged for growth.

Sales Enablement: Develop technical playbooks, pitch decks, and case studies that empower our sales team to navigate complex, multi-million dollar wireless contracts.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design bespoke marketing campaigns specifically for our top enterprise and carrier partners to solidify long-term retention.

Market Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of 5G industry trends to keep our sales messaging ahead of competitors and carrier shifts.

Position Requirements
MARKETING MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field

5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically within the wireless, telecommunications, or technology infrastructure industries.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator)

Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus

Advanced \"Power User\" status in Salesforce is required; experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.

Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere & After Effects) is a plus

Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices is a plus

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Experience with social media platforms and content distribution

Ability to analyze and interpret data to measure content effectiveness

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices

Demonstrated understanding of the 5G ecosystem, including carrier sales cycles and non-carrier private network opportunities.

Proven ability to build a marketing function from the ground up rather than just maintaining an existing one.
