
Partner Marketing Coordinator

Our client, an American multinational retailer of footwear and sportswear, is seeking a Partner Marketing Coordinator to join their team!
Location: NYC - 3 days a week onsite
Hours: 40 hours a week
Contract Duration: 6 months with high potential to convert/extend
Pay Rate: $30-35/hr
About this role:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of brand partners, owning communications and maintaining strong, professional relationships externally and cross-functionally
Lead GTM planning for account moments — briefing internal teams and sizing the right level of support
Operate as the internal expert on assigned accounts, translating priorities into direction for teams across integrated marketing, media, social, and ecommerce
Manage the end-to-end asset process, ensuring creative is received on time and handed off accurately to the right teams
Experience:
1+ years of marketing experience in an agency, brand, or multi-vendor retail environment
Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and workstreams in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with both internal and external audiences
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving
